Learning at Home: Information for Parents and Carers

We are committed to ensuring that children can continue their learning whenever they are unable to attend school in person.

This may include circumstances such as:

• School closures due to severe weather, emergencies or other unforeseen events;
• Partial school closures affecting a class, year group or phase;
• Individual pupils who are unable to attend school for a short period due to exceptional circumstances;
• Other situations where the school has agreed that learning should be completed at home.

Where learning is provided at home, we aim to offer clear and accessible activities that enable children to continue practising and developing key knowledge and skills.
