CPD
Fox Federation provides an online CPD programme. This will consist of individual learning study taken by teachers in their own school or home and teacher-facilitated Zoom sessions. This offer enables teachers to access high-quality CPD while allowing greater flexibility on when and where the modules are taken.
The advertised dates are in reference to the online facilitated Zoom session. Self-study resources will be sent prior to this date.

CPD Programme 2021/22
Early Career Teachers (ECT)
This is a proven high quality and comprehensive CPD programme to support Early Career Teachers and those changing phase, which works alongside the Early Career Framework (ECF).

Flexible Inset
Fox Federation is now offering CPD for you to run independently and flexibly within your own school setting or organisation. These courses have been designed for you to run independently, at times that best suit your organisation. They are purchased by an individual school/setting and can be used by any staff based in the setting for the academic year.
These could be delivered as whole staff professional development – INSET days or staff meetings – or for individuals or groups of staff to work through in their own time. The courses are made up from pre-recorded sessions to work through. These sessions differ from our CPD and ECT offer, which comprise a remote video offer alongside a facilitated zoom or face to face component. Like all Fox Federation CPD, they include access to digital resources, including lesson and activity ideas, resources to support learning, example planning and flipcharts and documents to support the school based approaches covered in each course.
